Power of simplicity

The word ‘aerobics’ came about when the gym instructors got together and said: If we’re going to charge $10 an hour, we can’t call it Jumping up and down. This is the most powerful description of why is simple so unavailable.

Complexity attracts attention while simple is often lackluster and appear boring. That's why many people often ignore simple principles, rules, and get lost in complex jungle of heroic formulae and twisted language.

Complexity influences but does not work. Simplicity works but does not make for an entertaining cool stuff.

Charlie Munger said that I will rather multiply something by 3 than by pi. (22/7). He also says that if he needs a battery of lawyers to strike a deal; the deal is not worthy of further consideration.

Keeping things not complex gives you more time to analyze and evaluate than on comprehension alone. So spare the pain on your nerves and keep it light.
